When is the right time to make my booking?
As soon as you know the dates you wish to travel, we would suggest you make a reservation. Especially in busy periods such as Christmas, Easter, and Summers, you should book as quick as possible. To avail the lowest airfare, we advise you to book at least 14 days prior.
Do I need to pay in full straight away?
That typically depends. There are certain ‘special deals’ that require full payment to be made at the time of booking. On contrary, some other booking requires a particular percentage to be made after a few days when reservation is done. We issue the ticket as soon as possible to avoid any possible fare increase.
What important documents are required while traveling?
Considering a domestic flight, a government ID is a must. While for international flights, passport and visa documentation is required. We advise you to crosscheck whether a visa is needed for your destination. Our travel agents would inform you about all information regarding passport, visa, and other documentation.
How much luggage I am permitted to carry?
Most airlines allow you to take 2 pieces of no more than 70lbs along while individual piece should be about 35lbs. Any additional luggage may be allowed by the airline reserve the right to charge an extra fee. The fee varies but usually, it begins with a charge of £25.00. Though that primarily depends on the airline and destination. The best way to get information is to check the official website of the airline you intend to utilize. Standards requirements are typically two pieces of checked baggage, a single carry-on bag and one personal item such as a briefcase. Standard measurements for baggage is approximately 62 linear inches with weight not to exceed 40lbs. While carry-on bags should not overdo 40 linear inches with weight not exceeding 35lbs. Speaking of foreign airlines, there are relatively strict regulations for both checked baggage and carry-on baggage. Moreover, if your vacation involves traveling on a tour via motor coach, some luggage limitations may also be applied. We would advise you to consult the brochure or ask your travel counselor to assist you with the arrangements.
Should I reconfirm my flight before I leave?
It isn’t compulsory, but we strongly encourage you to do so. Airlines often change their schedules or alter their flight numbers. We make every possible effort to contact you when there is any change. However, there are unusual occasions when we are not informed by the airlines that a change has occurred. Reconfirmation helps in identifying an issue before you arrive at the airport. We suggest you contact us or cross check with the airline directly 24-72 hours before departure.
How early do I need to be at the airport to check in for my flight?
It depends on the airline and destination. Though it is best to check directly with the airline. To prevent any traveling stress, you should arrive at airport two hours before the scheduled departure time for domestic flights while three hours prior for international flights. Also, we highly recommend you to reconfirm your flight time 24 hours before departure, for both origin and destination flights.
What should I pack in my carry-on bag?
We advise you to keep your ticket receipts, travel documents, and Government ID with you at all times. Also, do not pack daily essential medication in your checked luggage instead pack it in your carry-on bag. Many airlines have minimized meal service so we encourage you to pack healthy snacks. For international flights, you are not permitted to take along fresh fruits, vegetables, and flowers to other countries or return back as they may anchorage pests. For that, you must follow the TSA guidelines of the 3-1-1 rule i.e. liquid, gel or aerosol items should not exceed 3 oz.
What things should I avoid in my carry-on bag?
You are strictly forbidden to carry any weapons or sharp objects. It is recommended that any sharp cuticle scissors should be placed in your checked baggage. Likewise, cigarette lighters, matches, combustible liquids, explosives, everyday items such as peroxide, drain cleaners and other lethal chemicals are not permissible and will be immediately sequestered. The best practice is to check with the appropriate carrier for specific details.
Is travel insurance important?

How does the booking process work?
As soon as you are ready to book, input your basic travel details and click on ‘Book Now’ on the package page you wish to book. Afterward, complete the online booking form and click ‘Place Order’. Lastly, you will be directed to a page that informs we have received your order. Of course, you can always contact us for any booking help or send us an inquiry regarding your custom tour. We will send you an email acknowledgment indicating that we have received your order along with the receipt for your payment. You will receive one more email within two working days from your personal travel consultant comprising of details about your arrangements. We advise you not to book any flights until you hear from your travel consultant. Once your booking is confirmed and we have received full payment, we will issue vouchers for all of the modules of your tour package. You will receive your travel documentation as PDF attachments via email. Also, we provide you with the option of receiving documents in hard copy either through post or on arrival.
What if I need to change or cancel my tour?
We advise you to contact us immediately if you want to alter or cancel your tour plans. Cancellation requests are required to be submitted via email. The cancellation fee usually depends on the duration of notice, type of booking and refund policies of local providers.
What if my scheduled activities are canceled due to weather conditions?
In case of any scheduled activity during your stay is canceled for the weather conditions, we provide you with alternative solutions without charging any fee. For that, you need to see our booking information for more details. Also, you must contact your travel consultant immediately if a certain activity is canceled during your stay for substitute arrangements.
Is there any discount for children?
We provide you with exclusive discounts for children for most tourist services as mentioned on our website. These discounts primarily depend on the age of the child and on the type of service being offered. If a child of a particular age is prohibited from a certain activity or tour, it will be given in the package details. You can always contact us if you have any queries about traveling with children.
What happens in case of an emergency during my stay?
We provide our customers with 24-hour helpline service during their trip. The contact information is given in the travel documents along with the vouchers and itinerary.
Can I make a payment over the phone?
If you are unable to pay via bank transfer or cheque, you can pay over the phone using your credit/debit card. However, you must complete the booking form prior to making payment.
If I have a specific diet, will this be an issue?
We make sure to pass on your dietary necessities in advance of every meal. The tour manager is aware of your requirements.
Is it possible to book connecting flights?
If the flights are provided by the same airline that we use for the group flights, we can pass on a request quote on your behalf. However, it is not possible for us to make new bookings. Also, we receive a quote within three working days and inform you.
If I do not want to send a general inquiry, can I directly contact the travel agent?
Yes, you can always contact the travel agent directly and work out on the specific details.
